In September 2009, the Christian Stover Foundation donated $3,365 to the El Capitan High School Yearbook staff. Supervisor Denise Dreis says, “Christian was an incredibly kind young man. I was overwhelmed by the generosity of Christian’s parents and the foundation. The donation allowed the yearbook class to buy a new Apple Imac computer, camera and a Canon speed light flash to add to our existing Canon digital cameras.” The yearbook staff also used the donation to purchase staff t-shirts.

Christian was a pleasure to be around, i was glad to have the honor of meeting him in yearbook last year. class is definitly different without him this year, i miss being able to walk into class and see his big smile. he was always willing to help and was very dedicated..also he had a unique way of making ms. dreis laugh or smile when she was having a bad day, we definitly miss having him in the class, his memory will always be with us. Each time i use the camera that the foundation bought for the class i always think of him and know hes with us. i cant believe a year has gone by….miss you stover! !

Christian was the best friend anyone could ever ask for. He could change anybody’s day from being dull and boring to fun and just an overall great day. I had the privilege of knowing Christian. We became pretty close as friends. My favorite memory of Christian is when he was dancing to and singing Taylor Swift down the halls. His personality was one like no other. Whenever i would see him he would have a smile on his face and something funny to say. Whenever i would be sad or mad he would always make happy and smile and forget about everything that was bothering me. He will always be in my heart and thoughts as well as the Stover family. i would like to say everything gets better with time. no matter how bad or how hard the lord always makes everything right. So be strong. Stover I MISS YOU BUDDY!!!!not a day goes by that i don’t think about you or wish i could’ve went with you riding that day. Who knows, maybe it would’ve been a different story. And you would still be here and racing. Who knows were you would be now, probably somewhere i wish i could. Just know I’m sorry for not going with you, i should’ve went. I hope you forgive me for failing you as a friend. Every time I ride, I ride for you bud. Hope you watch me as I start racing. Say hi to my grandma, grandpa, odie, and my uncle bub, and everyone else ive lost. I MISS YOU!!! I LOVE YOU KID!!!!!!!!
